I’m Abdullah. My McDonald’s success story began when a friend recommended the McDonald’s Tomooh program to me. I was excited to hear about it and directly decided to enroll. This was in October 2020, when I took my first step which led me to learn everything from scratch about restaurants to become Training Manager in the Tomooh Program. After I completed all the training plans in learning the general matters related to Management, I decided to be a Restaurant Manager in only 18 months. During this time, I gained a lot of skills, such as Time Management, Management and Communication Skills, Employee Management, Resource Management, Working under Pressure, Problem Solving and Timely Decision Making. I hope to become a Area Manager or a Regional Manager one day in the future, God willing.

Abdullah Al Sayyar

I’m Mohammad. I’d like to introduce myself as an ambitious employee at McDonald’s. I joined McDonald’s in September 2021 as a staff member in the service team. While at work, I heard about the Tomooh Program, and the way it can help me advance my skills and achieve my aspirations. I joined it straight away, and after 1 year and 6 months of training, I was able to earn my promotion to a Restaurant Manager. During my training journey in Tomooh Program, I took many courses so that I can perform my duties as Restaurant Manager successfully and with great competency. Communication Skills, Staff Management, Team Spirit Reinforcement, and Leadership Skills are among these courses. Furthermore, I got additional training, support and follow-up to demonstrate my ability in surpassing any obstacles in my professional journey. As my career progresses, I hope to be promoted to the highest-level positions.

Mohammad Abdullah Al Muhaimed

I joined McDonald’s in 2014 as a service team member. I am extremely thankful that McDonald’s is truly an environment where one’s efforts and commitment are rewarded to such an extent that ambition is limitless and that the company saw enough potential in me to enroll me in the Tomooh program. I was promoted to Restaurant Manager and found that Tomooh equipped me with the level of leadership and management skills commensurate to managing a medium-sized business. My ambitions didn’t stop there – I’m now on the verge of becoming Operations Consultant and will soon be responsible for five or six branches after I was put forward for further intensive training. I’m so proud of that and hope that I will become one of McDonald’s senior leaders soon, God willing.
